CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES / NO-SHOWS

Our time with each one of our guests is reserved for a one-on-one salon experience. We value our time with you more than anything and appreciate your respect for our stylists’ schedules. We respectfully require 48 HOURS notice prior to the start of your appointment to reschedule, change, or cancel an appointment.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.

This applies to missed appointments due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or timezone differences.

No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services and will not be rebooked.

Our policy is in effect and highly enforced. No exceptions will be made.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that things may happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. We are committed to doing everything we can to accommodate you, however, if you are running more than 10 minutes late and we cannot accommodate your full appointment, a cancellation fee (50% of the book services) will be charged.

The Beige Label Salon reserves the right to turn away guests with repeated late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows, or may require upfront payment for future bookings to respect our stylist’s time and schedule.

KIDS / GUESTS / PETS

No kids in the salon. As much as we love hearing about your littles, please leave them at home so we can keep our focus on you and your hair. We want to ensure every client has a peaceful and pleasant salon experience. Additional time required to tend to kids during a scheduled visit will incur a charge.

No additional guests or plus ones. Due to the limited seating in our waiting area, please do not come with additional guests. As much we love your friends, extra people can slow down your service, interrupt the work flow of your stylists, or take away from the experience of other guests in the salon. Please come to your hair appointment solo.

We LOVE dogs but not all dogs are fit for the hair salon. Dogs are permitted if they are fully trained, contained to your lap or kennel, and are not barking. If your dog requires frequent outdoor breaks and/or does not sit still, please leave them at home. Additional time required to tend to your dog during a scheduled visit will incur a charge.
