CLIENt-ONLY POLICY

No kids or babies in the salon. As much as we love hearing about your littles, please leave them at home so we can keep our focus on you and your hair. Our client-only salon policy is in place to protect the safety of everyone in the space, including babies and children. Due to the nature of our services, in that we work with sharp tools, hot appliances, and harsh chemicals, having a baby on a client’s lap or a child unsupervised in the salon, increases the risk of accidental harm and/or injury. Your safety is our utmost priority.

No additional guests or plus ones. Due to the limited seating in our waiting area, please do not come with additional guests. As much we love your friends, extra people can slow down your service, interrupt the work flow of your stylists, or take away from the experience of other guests in the salon. Please come to your hair appointment solo.

We LOVE dogs but not all dogs are fit for the hair salon. Dogs are permitted if they are fully trained, contained to your lap or kennel, and are not barking. If your dog requires frequent outdoor breaks and/or does not sit still, please leave them at home. Additional time required to tend to your dog during a scheduled visit will incur a charge.
